Did you know that if your dog is struggling with chronic issues CBD may be just what they need? Our dogs are family and that's why we want your dog to get all the benefits that CBD has to offer!
Dogs have an endocannabinoid system just like we do and CBD works within their bodies to reduce inflammation, pain and anxiety just like ours. So there are no risk with your dog taking CBD. The only difference is, dogs have more endocannabinoid receptors then we do (lucky dogs!) so less CBD for them is better.
If your dog struggles with any of these issues, CBD may be right for them:
How do I administer?
The most common method is to drop the oil directly into their mouth. You can also drop the oil onto a dog treat and give it to them that way.
Drop amount 2-3 drops per 20lbs 1-2 times daily
Up to 25lbs/11kg (2 drops)
25 – 50lb/11 – 23kg (4 drops)
50 – 75lb/23 – 34kg (6 drops)
over 75lb/34kg (8+ drops)
If using the CBD Wellness 710 oil you can add 1 to 2 drops additional to their weight range drop count.
Which oil is best for my dog? Full spectrum or Isolate?
This choice is completely up to you just like if you are purchasing the oil for your self. Here are the benefits of the two:
Full Spectrum (NuLeaf Naturals)
Contains other cannabinoids, terpenes, flavanoids and a very low amount of THC (less than .3%) this combination works together as an entourage effect, like a little army of goodness.
CBD Isolate (CBD Wellness 710)
Is pure CBD isolate in the fatty acid carrier oil MCT (coconut oil) CBD isolate is the strongest and most beneficial cannabinoid of the hemp plant. It works alone as a solo cannabinoid within your system.
